The lamp ordered was of good quality. Order was confirmed 9/10. Today (10/10) marks the day that order was complete. Although, lamp base and shade were sent(received sept. 29th) , the harp was missing. One month later. To say shipping takes too long is not an understatement. They do not live up to "fast shipping".

Now customer service was very kind in the process as well as informative. For that, thank you.
