When can I expect to receive my order?
Items that are in stock at Light Store USA's warehouse are shipped within two business days. You will receive an email from with your tracking details.
Many of our items are drop shipped from US Based warehouses. These items may take up to two weeks or longer depending on the manufacturer's current warehouse lead time. Please send us an email if you have a specific question.

I need to return my product:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return a product within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at: 1-888-963-9665 to receive a return merchandise authorization. *Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return. Bulk buys or orders by freight are final sale and not eligible for return.
All products must be returned in the original packaging in new unused/uninstalled condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items returned used or installed with cur wires or damaged are not eligible for refund.
We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% restocking fee, or, fees to cover the shipping of the original order or any outbound freight charges that were incurred.
Freight charges are not refundable. In the event your item is returned undeliverable, additional charges to reship the order will be incurred.
I need to change the delivery address on my order: We automatically ship to the address you entered at the time you place the order. If the order HAS NOT left the facility we can change the order. If you order HAS ALREADY LEFT our warehouse you can simply follow the link provided and click "change delivery" on the UPS or FedEx site. We are unable to change the address for you. Carriers may charge for the address change and this is the responsibility of the receiver. We cannot change an address for you once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier. If the shipment is returned undeliverable you will have to pay the cost of return shipping and the reshipment fee.
My item arrived damaged:
Please thoroughly inspect your shipment upon arrival to check for damage.
If an item arrives broken please retain all original packaging and packing materials, outer carton and all inner packaging. Claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Forward a picture of the damage and ALL of the packaging, inner and outer to email@example.com and wait for instructions regarding, inspection, repair or replacement. Products will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the carrier or insurer.
Please note: Photos are required for damage claim submission. Photos of the damage and of any noticeable damage to the inner/outer packaging or cartons are REQUIRED in order for claims to be processed.
Do you ship Internationally?
We are happy to ship worldwide. Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of the package and can be estimated in your shopping cart. All in stock items ship the same or next day. Items that are not in stock in our warehouse may require additional shipping time. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed for international shipments due to possible delays at your borders or customs. All customs fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's customs office for estimated fees.
I am tax exempt.
Please contact us PRIOR to placing your order if you are exempt from paying sales tax in your state. You must provide a copy of your resale certificate or exemption certificate. email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Sales tax is configured automatically by our system based on your location and once an order is processed it cannot be refunded.
