When can I expect to receive my order?
Items that are in stock at Light Store USA's warehouse are shipped within two business days. You will receive an email from with your tracking details.
Items that are not in stock will be shipped from the manufacturer and may take up to two weeks.

I need to return my product:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return a product within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at: 1-888-963-9665 to receive a return merchandise authorization.
All products must be returned in the original packaging in new unused/uninstalled condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items returned used or damaged are not eligible for refund.
We the right to charge up to a 10% restocking fee, or, fees to cover the shipping of the original order or any outbound freight charges that were incurred.
My item arrived damaged:
Please thoroughly inspect your shipment upon arrival to check for damage.
If an item arrives broken please retain all original packaging and materials, outer carton and all inner packaging. Forward a picture of the damage and all of the packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for instructions regarding repair or replacement.
Do you ship Internationally?
We are happy to ship worldwide. Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of the package and can be estimated in your shopping cart. All in stock items ship the same or next day. Items that are not in stock in our warehouse may require additional shipping time. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed for international shipments due to possible delays at your borders or customs. All customs fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's customs office for estimated fees.
