    • Small, compact and convenient HID light fixture tester; Screw in, turn power on and internal lamps indicate if starter (ignitor) or ballast needs replacement
    • Suitable for HID ballast circuit with starter (ignitor)
    • Simple & straight-forward; both testers fit in one belt loop
    • Used on HPS (High Pressure Sodium), MH (Metal Halide) and MV Mercury Vapor) types of lamp
    • Checks starting pulse voltage and open circuit voltage
    • Will test a pulse start light fixture with an ignitor
    • Instructions are printed right on the HID Light Fixture Tester:
      1. Make sure power is off
      2. Screw tester into base lampholder and turn power on
      3. The tester checks the starting pulse voltage and the open circuit voltage (OCV) of the ballast
      4. Lamp 1 blinks--OK, Lamp 1 does not blink--check starter
      5. Lamp 2 lights--OK, Lamp 2 does not light--check ballast
