This order was placed on December 26 and shipped promptly on December 29 via USPS Priority Mail.

Our records show that on January 5 at 8:18 AM, an automated email notification was sent from our system advising that the package was out for delivery, which is standard and triggered directly by USPS tracking updates.

****According to USPS tracking, the shipment is currently being held at the customer’s local post office at the recipient’s request. Due to this hold status, we are unable to reroute, release, or provide further delivery instructions to USPS, as those requests must be handled directly by the recipient.

We have also sent a follow-up email clearly explaining the USPS hold status and advising how the package can be retrieved.
