Return Policy

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return a product within 14 days of receipt. Items shipped or received outside of the return window may not be accepted by our warehouse. 

All products must be returned in the original packaging in new unused/uninstalled condition. Items returned used or damaged are not eligible for refund. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You may use the carrier of your choice but we suggest using delivery confirmation to ensure proper delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We suggest using delivery confirmation to ensure receipt.

We reserve the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee, or, fees to cover the shipping of the original order or any outbound freight charges that were incurred.
